Hunting for Courage

October's Hunter Supermoon is a symbol of culmination and clarity, a time to step into your truth and claim what you’ve been working toward. Martha Graham said, There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique, and if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost.

 It takes courage to act on that inner voice and gongs are your catalyst.

A week ago a woman visiting HK attended a gong bath and on the spur of the moment decided to return and attend the 7 day workshop the following week. Afterwards she said….  The past 7 days have been transformative in every way.. and has changed me in ways that I never thought possible. 

Gongs have given her a new direction, new passion and renewed purpose.

What dream or goal am I ready to pursue with renewed confidence?
Where am I being called to lead rather than follow?
What am I ready to release that’s been dimming my fire?
How can I honour my passions without fear of judgment or failure?
What “harvest” am I reaping from the work I’ve done over the past few months?
